Today I had to register a car accident I experienced on 9 August 2025. This had been a very stressful time for me as I was worried about everything, from reporting the accident, to being assisted by SAU and being without a car while I have to be at work and transport my grandchildren to school. When I called this morning at 8:00, I was welcomed by Michelle Daniels. The way she spoke to me gave me hope that things will be okay. She was so patient with me, bearing with my forgetfulness as my mind is all over the place because of the accident, guiding me patiently through what I need to do, while answering my repeated questions without complaining that I was wasting her time. This was very the****utic under the circumstances. It is people like Michelle that make the world look good in spite of the cruelty we experience on daily basis. May God continue to bless her, and may she never change how she treats clients. Thank you
