THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT,BUT I HAVE CANCELLED THE
Hellopeter<br> He was the policy holder and I was the premium payer, we have sent them emails cancelling the policy but still today they have deducted money from my account. Even last week they were busy sending messages informing us that the policy schedule are on the way, something they failed to do 7days after we took the policy. Now that we have cancelled the policy they post policy documents and still deduct my account. Can someone please from SAU sort this out. We want nothing from you, we no longer interested in you policy. Please refer to our emails and cancel that policy asap and refund my account. Thank you

Please take note that the amount of R 150.00 deducted from your account was a cancellation fee and no further deductions will be made from your bank account from hereon.
