Their service and from day one with their Broker being B-sure is the reason why I cancelled and stopped my policy with them, because you have a question with SAU they tell you it’s B-sure and when you do with B-Sure they send you back to SAU, their broker do the work their own way and wrongly and if they do not take this serious they gonna lose a lot of customers because B-sure do for themselves not SAU, I even lost a claim because of their broker and when you make follow ups with both SAU and B-Sure there are always a different story, and I am so so disappointed in them both and I wouldn’t recommend a friend to join one, their service is poor and they are not honest.

However we would like to set the record straight and clear up any misconceptions. Kindly note that BSure is not the Insurer’s broker, they are in fact YOUR broker. You appointed them as your broker and accepted the policy directly with your broker. Your broker carries out certain administrative functions and provides you with financial advice regarding your policy. Should you not be satisfied with the service that you received from your broker you are reminded that you need to address it directly with them. With regards to your claim, we confirm that the claim was rejected due to the premiums not being paid. We confirm that you have not paid us any premiums since the inception of the policy and technically you have never been insured with us.
