Thanks for all your efforts that you have made to replace my vehicles left hand side passenger window. I am proud to be affiliated with the Saunders group insurance, with regards to the service you have delivered.

There were negative moments whereby I dealt with numerous consultants in your group, with no joy of seeing my repairs through which frustrated me. Hoping that the behaviour of your consultants in feature respect your clients by assisting them ASAP. Driving without a side window makes your journey miserable.

I do apologise for my arrogant behaviour as I was painting you with the same brush as the other consultants.
