Terrible service and Unfullfilled promises

My identity number is ********** 841085., policu number is SAU ********** On the 16 of December 2016 I was travelling to a wedding in Benoni my car broke down as result of a broken fan belt.I then called south african underwriers and asked for assistance.I was then told by one if your consultant that I was covered for that.A tow truck was orgaised by south african underwiters to tow my vcar to a dealership. When the tow truck driver came he indicated that the dealership was closed at that time.He was then given permission by your consultant telephonically to keep car in his yard since the dealership was closed. The following week I then called to find out what was happening with my vehicle.It was during this time I was informed that mechanicall breakdown arent covered, (even though on the 16 I was told otherwise).I have since called numerious time asking that the car be towd to my place of residence so I can fix it my self.I have been promised that for last 2 and a half weeks but the car is still not here. The service given to me has been diabolical to say the least. Your consultants promise they are going to send a towtruck with my car to my place, in still waiting (2 and a half weeks later!!!!). I have been highly inconvenienced as a result couldnt even go home for the holidays. I have been rendered imobile and your level of service is shocking to say the least.the deciet and lies where your consultants deliberately lie and inform me that they are arranging for my car to be brought to me and that they will call me back to tell when the car is being towed to me is worse!!!! Above is a copy I sent to my insurance cpmpany on the (04/01/08).Subsequent to that I was called by a consultant I think its Charlene and promised the car would be brought to my residence monday (08/01/2018), that was another lie. Ihave just called (7 minutes ago) and the consultant after being on hold for ever just told me the car is in the yard of the service provider and she dropped the phone!!! Mind u the sevice provider was arranged by the insurance company!!! Im still withouth a car that Im paying for.Have no courtesy car and Im still waiting for to be deliverd to me as promised for the last 3 weeks!!!!!! All in all IM DISGUSTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE OFFERED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!I WILL WARM EVERYBODY I CAN OF THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME BY THIS COMPANY!!!
