Taking premium but not paying claims
Claimed a windscreen in March but now they dont want to pay out claim as i cancelled policy but i have a letter from them that i still have cover until 30 April 2021 they also took a premium on 1 April. The people there dont do their work they tell you they will come back to you but they dont. I will be taking this to the ombudsman if not sorted out urgently.

13 Apr 2021, 15:17Amanda Bruwer was supposed to phone me this morning and still nothing. 1st March a premium was taken and premiums are in advance . 1 April premium was taken so covered according to your letter until 30 April as cancellation letter recieved 6 April April.
