South African Underwriters Insurance only worried about profits and not their customers. Stay away

I was in an accident in August and I am still trying to get my claim approved. SAU has under valued the car to save themselves money when the car dealership has given the value of the vehicle above what SAU is stating. The agents don't bother to get back to me concerning this and I am currently paying the bank for a car I no longer have. I am never able to speak to a manager or senior figure as they always seem to he unavailable which is unprofessional. I am always in the dark and no correspondence is communicated to me. This is very unprofessional and shocking and if I had known this company would handle this situation like this I would have gone with another company.
