SAU underwriters REJECTS claim based on their incompetence
May 2024 I change my bank details to middleman bsure underwritten by SAU underwriters Several times I get notified unpaid return. Via Bsure I have to fight to get SAU underwriters to debit correct account
They do so especially 2 September 2024 October I get unpaid notifications again Middleman advises it's all sorted specifically Damian at Bsure
December I'm in a accident
SAU now refuses to pay out because SAU did not debit correct account AFTER doing so September 2024 so they can't say they couldn't debit correct account
If you are with BSURE UNDERWRITTEN BY SAU CHANGE YOUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY RATHER PAY MORE WITH MYWAY AND KNOW YOU ARE COVERED

Bsure Insurance Advisors is not a subsidiary or division of SA Underwriting Agencies.
Bsure Insurance Advisors are your Brokers. You appointed them as your Broker and accepted the policy directly with them.
All policy amendments including the changing of banking details are handled by your Broker.
You must therefore address any failing on the part of your Broker with them directly.
We would advise that you consult your policy contract or your Broker for further clarity.
We can confirm that we have escalated the matter to Bsure Insurance Advisors and their team is investigating the matter and will provide you with feedback.
