SAU Underwriters is a useless insurance company

I terminated my SAU account with your company last year due to ridiculous excess that was required by yourselves. To my surprise your company is still trying to debit my FNB account though they confirmed that they terminated the service and I am another insurance company. Now I owe FNB almost R6000 of bank charges due to your incompetence. I want these charges paid up cause I don't know why you're trying to ***** money from an empty account. This is nonsense cause our relationship ended last year. I want answers and fast...this is bull****. You failed to assist me when I was in an accident yet you still expect me to pay.
