Sau the worst insurer with unprofessional staff

I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction in speaking with a sau consultant Nosipho who has constantly been rude abrupt and talking over me when i have been trying to understand the policy the vehicle has been written off on the policy we have a write off booster and protect which has not been paid sau has made this experience a nightmare for my pentioner father who has mutple medical conditions and because of all this stress he has found himself admitted in hospital please stay away from this insurance company as they are full of excuses does not pay out the promised amounts and has very rude and unprofessional staff especially nosipho very rude and unprofessional she has put a very bad label on sau and I believe she should be delt with accordingly
