SAU claim approved

Hi I'm Zakhele Gazu, my wife had an accident on the 17th June and our claim has been approved and paid off since the car was a write off, my experience with SAU is that you need to provide all the necessary documents as per request also be petiant but do follow up with your claim consultant the progress of your claim, There will be so many calls from the people that are appointed for further investigation in oder to gether the fact if the claim is ligit or not, but yes I thank SAU, thou if they can just speed up the claim process at least to not more than 4 weeks provided if you have submitted all the requirements.
