SAU are ************, shameless company. Stay clear of these people.

My 66 year old Mother has been covered with this company for over 3 years. On the telephonic conversation they explain to her that she's a pensioner and will have no basic access. The ****** did not tell her that she will penalized R 3000 for her type of license and will be further penalized a R5000 for being in a hit and run. After paying her insurance faithfully for over 3 years, her first claim of being a hit and run victim, of the R10000 claim SA Underwriters are only going to pay R2000 and my pensioner mother must pay R8000. RUN AWAY from these ************ insurance that feels nothing of making a 66 yr old woman pay 80% of the claim after she's been paying her insurance claim free for 3 years. They have no morals and are shameless. You have been warned, stay clear of underwriters.
