<p>I POSTED A COMPLAINT OVER THE WEEKEND ABOUT POOR SERVICE FROM SANTAM / SAUNDERWRITERS WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS.</p> <p>BASICALLY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EACH MONTH BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMING THEY TRY AND BULLY YOU INTO ACCEPTING A LOWER SETTLEMENT .</p> <p>I RECEIVED AN ANSWER BACK TO SAY THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THE MATTER - IT SEEMS THIS WAS JUST TO KEEP ME QUIET AND ALSO TO GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF ATTENDING TO / ANSWERING THE COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER</p>
