SA Undewriters put a smile back on my face

Last year (2018) in June, I bought a used Toyota Etios from Hillcrest Toyota (SMG), Durban KZN. Taking delivery of the car, the business manager handling my account recommended that I contact SA Underwriters (SAU) for the car insurance. I called SAU, I was impressed by their comprehensive car insurance policy option but reluctantly took it because I had never heard of them before.In December 2018 I accidentally crashed my car and called SAU to claim.My claim was handled by Bridget Meyers. She was so helpful and easy to communicate with, Mrs NJ Mncwabe (my colleague at work); she had been watching me going about making my claim.She was totally impressed with Bridget's response time and service. Mrs Mncwabe is more experienced than I am. The claim itself was totally processed over the phone, hassle free, it was a matter of gathering and sending electronically the documents required in the contract. The claim was approved in less than two days. My car was fixed within two weeks after the accident.
