SA Underwritters total ******* and a ****

<p>Never in my life have I heard of 3 excesses. 1st one is basic which i understand R3000, 2nd one is for claiming within 90 days R5000, 3rd one is for having a code 10 drivers license R5000 a total of R13 000 for just excess? This is totally rediculous and absurd!!!! Now my claim got rejected because the excess exceeds the total cost of repair. I have been paying my premiums religiously for almost a year and now when it's time for SA Underwritters to assist me they look for any excuse not to pay out? Had they been transparent and explained everything to me when I took up thier policy I wouldnt have agreed...Having read all the complaints about SA Underwritters on Hello Pieter just made me realise just how this insurance company is just a ****. After the experience I've had with them one thing for sure I am cancelling my policy, there must be more transparent and professional insurance companies out there</p>
