****MER ALERT!!!
DON'T TRUST THESE ****MERS!!!
I claimed for damages, this is my amount for damages R16482.62, they expect me to pay R15462.50 as an excess, minus these two figures they are only willing to pay R1020.12 towards a claim of R16482.62. I'm done with this service. Don't fall for their *****ulent activities. They are absolutely disgusting.

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the excess structure app**** to your policy.
Please be assured that we are taking your feedback seriously.
However, we confirm that the excesses were correctly app**** to your claim.
You accepted the policy with your Broker where You chose a higher excess in exchange for a lower monthly premium.
All these excesses were disclosed prior to the inception of the policy and again in the policy contract and it is your responsibility to fami****ise yourself with the terms and conditions of the policy.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to reduce or waive your excesses, please contact your Broker should you have any further questions.
