SA Underwriters wonderful consultant experience with Mariska Strydom

Hi all

I had an amasing experience with SA Underwriters insurance company. They have always been professional and very supportive. I had two accidents in one year and they were there for me. With my last accident I was dealing with a consultant called Mariska Strydom. What a pleasure to work with her, she is professional and very calm and supportive. She always came back to me asap when I had queries about my claim. If I asked her to phone me the phone would ring within 5 minutes. She is a perfect example of what a consultant must be in the insurance industry. She calmly guided me through the whole process and was so understanding when once my claim was accepted and my bashed up car got ******. She stayed calm and collected and informed me of the process, luckily my vehicle was found and she quickly organised a panel beater for me. She even arranged the hired car, and had it dropped off for me at the panel beater.

She has even guided me on what to do with the person(third party) that I crashed into. I would strongly recommend SA Underwriters, they are the best and very affordable!
