SA Underwriters *******

I had an accident on the 1 March which was a hit and run. I was not able to take any details of the taxi which bumped. I did everything needed to do in such an event and laid my claim at SA Underwrites insurance. The cost of the claim came up to R13869.00 and I was advised that my excess amounted R13441.00 and that they SA Underwriters would only pay R441.00 which is very unfair. SA Underwriters are ripping me off..!!!!
