SA Underwriters - please do not use them
Client of SAU bumped into me on 31/12/14. Damages of R5500,00. 6 months later on 25/06/15 received an offer for R4000,00 to be accepted within 3 days. Accepted the offer on 26/06/15, because really do not want to wait another 6 months to dispute the matter. Why should SAU give you 3 days to accept an offer, but then once again you have to wait for an undisclosed amount of time. Quotations are only valid for 3 months and now SAU take forever! I truly feel sorry for the poor people that uses SAU as their insurer.
