SA Underwriters - NOSIPHO MAGUBANE

It was my first claim ever! … In all the years that I have been driving (and I must mention here that I have had my driver's licence since 1995) never have I had to register a claim! So no doubt one can imagine just how daunting it appeared to be after having listened to soooo many horror stories about "Insurance" … but since my very first call to SAU on Monday, 09 March 2020 at about 06H00 never did I imagine or expect such fantastic service! My first call was to SAU Road Assist Dept and spoke to an agent named Rannon who helped me out in a matter of minutes ... The next agent I spoke to in the Claims Dept was NOSIPHO MAGUBANE ... oh my word!!! What professionalism!!! ... The care, respect and advice I received from her was way beyond my expectations! NOSIPHO assisted me every step of the way ... I am at peace and I would highly recommend SAU for peace of mind when it comes to insuring your vehicle ... My hopes and dreams and ADVICE for every Insurance Company out there??? ----- FIND YOURSELVES A NOSIPHO MAGUBANE!!! ... Thank you so much for everything SAU and NOSIPHO!
