SA Underwriters "Forgot" to cancel my policy

I gave one month's notice to cancel my policy at the end of July and my monthly premium is still being deducted. I've emailed but no response yet. Please call or mail me.

Unfortunately, were not able to cancel your policy without your Broker’s instruction which regrettably led to the delay.

Your review has helped us highlight shortcomings in the current process and we have addressed the matter with the Broker and our Team. This may help to prevent similar incidents occurring to other customers.
