SA UNDERWRITERS car insurance a "****"

I'm disgusted by SA UNDERWRITER CAR INSURANCE. They expect me to pay R9000 when the total claim is R12000. How are they helping me in this regard? Why do I have car insurance if this is the case? These people are ******* ! They are daylight ******s.I have been requesting them to send me a hard copy of my policy document, from last year August when I joined them.Up to now i haven't received it ! Why are they not sending me the contract? Are they hiding this ******** nature of their policy? I AM DISGUSTED !!! I AM TAKING THEM TO THE OMBUDSMEN.
