SA Underwriter - Service par excellence.

My humble opinion is that we expect too much from the insurer. SA Underwriters has proved that business is a learning curve. They've had a few downs, however in my association with them in the past 4 years have proved that they have taken cognizance of their short comings and have worked on it. My recent interaction with SA Underwriters has been phenomenal. The staff and the director Mr. Emile Olivier are very entuned with clients needs and queries. Its now a pleasure to be associated with SA Underwriters. Their premiums are also very competitive. This doesn't mean that their service is compromised. Should a client have a problem with service rather than vent our feeling outside the parameter contact the more than helpful contact service center. I was very critical of SA Underwriters at one stage however they've proven their worth.
