One advise keep away from these guys if you already have insurance with them change fast because when you have had an accident even not your fault example somebody hits you from the back these guys that treat you as a suspect and investigate you as such until they find an excuse not to pay loss adjuster gets a commission if his report rejects a claim which he falsify using underhand tactics I paid insurance from 2017 recently guy smashed in the back of my car writing it of SA underwriters rejected my claim stating I was not the driver of the car bunch of mo good ******* please note car was not ebmven an expensive payout would have been less but they still refused

However during the validation we have determined that you and your son attempted to commit insurance *****, by intentionally providing false information and false statements. This is considered a breach of contract and a violation of policy terms & conditions The claim therefore will not be paid under the policy due to your dishonest actions.
