SA Underhanded

When they were seeking my business, they were phoning non-stop and constantly checking on me. When i found an alternative and terminated my contract with them, they took their time to respond and ended up billing me R1905 for insurance i did not need since i had already signed up with a cheaper insurer. And to this date, they are refusing to refund me even though i requested that they terminate my contract in time.
