S A Underwriters refuses to cancel my policy

<p>i was contacted by SA Underwriters informing me my insurance premium will increase again. I told them i want to cancell the policy. they promised to get back to me regarding a reduced premium. i waited for a week before i contacted them. I phoned today 3 times trying to cancell my policy. the first time i was told to hang on for about an half an hour with no reply. the second time i was told they dont want to lose me as a customer can they explain to me how insurance work. the third time this gentleman told me that he refuse to cancel the contract till i get a call back from their consultant. i must give him a reasonable reason why i want to cancel it. he was pain out rude. not the sort of person you need to have on a call centre.</p>
