Ridiculous Excess

<p>I had 2 accidents with my car and duly reported both incidents with the insurance, they sent an assessor to view my car the next 2 days of the incident. They requested copies of both incidents which I couldn't get because the documents wen't available, the case numbers weren't enough clearly, they come back to me with R25, 995 for both accidents saying that the claims fall within my policy. This Thabang person I spoke even got the % value of my car incorrect, it states a different number on the documentation sent to me. I was warned about this ****y insurer and they proved the warnings to be true, how are you still in business ripping people off the way that they do? Disgusting!</p>
