Regret my husband ever taking a cover with this company

Unprofessional company I ever came across ,I got an accident on 7 /04/2022 my husband call them as he is the policy holder .and they called me and explain to them what happened in detail and promised to call me later that day they never did .till I called them back Monday and they assigned me someone to called me back which she did but the line was very bad and she just hangup never attempt to back ,had to be the one calling back again and the call center tried to transfer the call to her she told them she will call me back she's in another call but never bothered .is been 5 days now without claim number nothing at all yet when I call they ask me about claim number .
