REFUSAL TO PAY FOR A INSURANCE CLAIM
<br> Insurance claim for SAU*** was declined by SAU and they also refused to pay for storage costs at the panel beaters premises. The assessor instructed that the vehicle be taken to specific panelbeaters and later they declined the claim and declined giving the assessor instruction to give the panelbeaters permission to tow the vehicle. The client client is very unhappy about this firstly why take the vehicle to panel beaters if you not going to pay for repairs and associated costs? The client didnt even know SAU assessors and which panel panelbeaters they work with.

The client's claim was rejected on the 12th December 2014. Mr. Mathenjwa, personally and in a private capacity instructed Durban Panelbeaters to move his vehicle from a specified location to the said panelbeaters premises for repairs. Unfortunately all storage cost accumulated will be for the clients account.
