Refund my account and cancel my policy
On the 17th of this month to request that my policy be cancelled. I sent in an email and I consultant called me back. I requested that the policy be cancelled on the 27th of this month, yet I was just debited today.
Why was my policy not cancelled??? Why was my account debited today??? Please refund my account ASAP!!!
REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!
I knew that this would happen as I did not receive any confirmation email or SMS. Really really bad service.
I will gladly provide my call, SMS, and email records showing I requested this to be done.
