Poor workmanship

ebruary 2017 , registered a claim ,as my car was involved in an accident , SAU appointed PROLINE to fix the car . On 20 Oct 2017 , I was travelling to Limpopo ,I stopped to buy food ,and when I started the car , the car wouldn't start ,Insurance towed the car to the nearest Hyundai (Wonderboom in Pretoria) . Hyundai sent a report to say that the car wont start due to the fact that it was involved in an accident and was not fixed properly,the head cylinder is broken . SAU are claiming it is not possible as the problem would not have occurred 7 months later .and are now refusing to fix my car .
