Poor Service Provider

I took a car insurance with this company 5 months ago. I recently submitted a claim with them for a damaged door on my vehicle. After waiting for 2 weeks for my claim to be processed. They declined the claim saying that the access costs more than the claim and thus they cannot assist me. Its really saddening that after so many months with them and without missed payments they do this. I would not ever recommend anyone to use them as an insurer.
