Poor communication and accomplishment of obligations.

Poor customer relations and active interaction. I cancelled my car insurance with them but it remained active even after cancellation. They communicate with me about their changes and other products and not about the success of my cancellation.

This is quite depressing and will discourage me and those close to me even in future. The faster they finalise the faster the client may come back to them.

We had a look at your policy and can confirm that we received your request to cancel your policy on the 5th of May 2020.
 
I know how frustrating this must be but we certainly did not intent for this to happen. 
 
I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused but can confirm that your policy has now been cancelled. You should have received communication to this effect as well. 
 
No further debits will be raised. 
 
Once again, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and the lack of immediate action.
