PATHETIC
Tried to cancel my insurance with SAU tried calling no-one answers, sent an email on the 20th and they still deducted today, I have never had such an experience before beyond pathetic and they never help or assist, absolutely pathetic, this is not the first bad experience, I don't know how they are still in business.
