Outstanding customer service

I am SAU client for more than 7 years. I've had my ups and downs with them. its my humble opinion that every company has its good days and bad days. However when the company admits it short comings and makes good then the company deserves the praise. Sometimes an employee of the company goes the extra mile having seen that there was merit in the clients complaint and although bound by company rules the employee makes sure that the client is redeemed. One such employee is Nosipho Magubane at SA Underwriters. She sorted out a claim within 3 days I was paid out. She kept to her word when she had to call back. She was prompt , efficient and dedicated to ensure I received the best possible customer service. experience. it's employees like Nosipho that takes their companies forward even though a client may have had a bad experience. As I was writing this review I received a call from Nosipho to enquire if I've received my payout and if there was anything else she could do. Now this is service of the highest order and Nosipho Magubane deserves the accolades.
