I would like to commend Nosipho Magagula's service. What an honor to deal with her. She is friendly kind and understanding. I had some issues on my claim and each time I dealt with her no matter how high my emotions were she kept cool and re-assured me that my concerns were valid. I have never dealt with such a calm person in the insurance claims industry. She is definitely a gem for SAU and deserve a raise!! Thank you Nosipho for your kindness and professionalism.
