I called in this morning and spoke to a female who identified herself as Yamkela Maqoma. She was very pleasant understanding patient as extremely polite and professional especially me experiencing a horrifying experience with AUTO AND GENERAL INSURANCE. This woman also listened to my horrible experience I'm currently having with that company while she's trying to assist me with a claim with SA UNDERWRITERS.Her display of professionalism is really admirable. It's people like this that can bring honour and peace of mind to a client especially when the client isn't thinking straight after a horrible ordeal. Staff like this brings joy to a client like me because of their excellent work ethics. Well done
