Listing an account for the insurance not taken up
The SA underwriters its for an insurance company I contacted when i wanted to buy a car they told me that once i get the car vin number from the dealership the insurance will be active however the dealing didn’t go through and i told them, they now listed that same insurance on the list of accounts this needs to be removed, they never had any car under may name to cover this is ******** n *********. They can’t list an account when the insurance wasn’t active or if i go and claim will they recover the car that wasn’t insured?

We can confirm that the persons you spoke with are not employees of SA Underwriters and they may be your Broker.
You policy has been cancelled due to unpaid premiums but unfortunately this would reflect on your payment history - however there is no account or money that you still owe to SA Underwriters.
We will email you the contact details of your Broker as well as any other information you may need so that you can resolve the matter with them
Kind Regards
