Insurance *******
I am insured with SA Underwriters. For the first time in my life I hear about 3 aaccesses. one is basic which I understand. 2nd one is for claiming within 90 days. 3rd one is because I didnt have car insurance before. I think this is a ripoff as I would have never agreed to this had it been communicated to me before. My insurance is also more that 90 days old and I will never pay access for not having had insurance before. I took insurance for convenience and this is the worst one ever. How can I pay 12 thousand rands access? what is the point of having insurance in the first place. I really need this sorted out because I pay my premiums every month without fail and I want my car fixed.

You were also referred to your schedule of insurance and policy wording which stipulates all terms and conditions and specifically excesses. You were provided with copies of the said documents within 30 days of inception of your policy.
