Insurance cancelations

I had an insurance cover with SA underwriting agencies and it was cancelled last year february but the policy details are not updated on the credit bureu and I don't understand why it's not cancelled and it's dissapointing as it affecting me and I once phoned the call center and make a request nothing is being done
