Ignoring me
After a minor accident an assessor was sent to inspect the damage and subsequently my claim was rejected based on the extremely high excess required. This was never communicated to me and I sat like a fool for 3 weeks waiting until I phoned them myself to find out.

I then requested the damage report and it didn't even include the rear windshield replacement, hence the low claim price and my excess being the same as the claim.

Now I have approached the party at fault and their insurance will pay but they need a letter stating that SAUNDERWRITERS are not paying out for the claim. I have been asking for another 3 weeks and they are ignoring me.

I am so angry that I sm being treated like I dont matter. What happens when I cant get the money from the other party because I have been so badly treated by my insurer.

Please lets escalate this to the highest level because they need to be sorted out!
