I had a roadside incident on the 25th December took over an hour to get my call picked up. I reported that my car was stuck in mud and they failed to sent help and had to sleep in a car. The following day the 26th when I called still no action was taken to assist me. I had to organize and pay a private guy to retrieve my car. Sent them photos and my location as per request of how my car was yet no help. As early as six inthe morning. The agent Chennai me after 12 if I hot help,yet they failed to sent road assistance. What if I was in a fatal accident? They promised to refund but nothing. I hate SAU,IAM WORRIED ABOUT MY SAFETY INSURED WUTH THEM
