Horrible service from SAU - south african underwiters

I have never had such a horrible experience with service in my entire life. I submitted my claim after I had a hijacking which happened on the 10th of May 2019 and my car was found on the 31st of May 2019. This insurance company together with the D&W Enterprises Assessor Wayne Musgrove will only take your money and you will never have a peace of mind instead of attending the matter they have labeled me by saying I am a ******** trying to de***** the insurance company, till today my car is stationed at the SAP impound and I have decided to go and get my car back and fix it myself and the rest the court of laws will have to make the appropriate ruling. They say "we dare to deliver", believe me they take your money and not deliver.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. We confirm that we contacted you regarding this matter. 
 
Please note that whilst the validation process of the claim was taking place, the vehicle was impounded by the SAPS (Special Unit) and they were not willing to release the vehicle as it is part of an ongoing investigation. The SAPS advised that they will only release the vehicle once their investigation has been completed.

Unfortunately we have no control over this process and cannot interfere in an investigation of this nature.
