Horrible Service - Claim no. ***

Good day,

I just would like to report the horrible service that i have received from SA Underwriters Insurance. I was involved in an accident with a client from SA Underwriters last year October and my vehicle is still not repaired till today. I spoke to Justine Greyling from Arangies Attorneys whom promised that my car would be fixed after she spoke to the owner of the insurance which she did then she went on leave. There after I spoke to her Team leader Danita Scholtz whom did not care that I have waited 7 months for my car to be repaired and had no sympothy on how i felt about the whole wait and left me with no hope of my car being fixed even though the client is fully paying her cover for my vehicle to be fixed. I feel like she does not deserve to be a leader as she does not care about how the clients feel and take them for granted. I was very disappointed in the service of this Insurance and so was the client which she stated i was not allowed to communicate with.

Good Day Ms Hlubi
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint, the contents of which have been noted.
Prior to finalizing any potential third party claim we need to finalize our client's claim and then only attend to the third party claim. As already indicated to you, our client's version of events differs from yours. Just as a reminder, we requested you to provide us with the exact location of where the accident took place as well as the SAPS report which you referred to in the conversation held with Mrs Scholtz.
The matter will then be further reviewed upon receipt of the requested do***ents.
We sincerely apologize if it seemed as if we do not care, however it is necessary to examine all facts presented prior to finalizing a claim. In the interim we suggest that you claim from your own insurance company to expedite resolution.
We trust that you find the above in order.
Kind Regards
