Good Day Ms Dilebo

We take note of the content of your query.

At the time of accepting your policy it was explained to you that excess will be payable in the event of a claim. On request we will provide you with a copy of the conversation. An excess is the first amount payable at the time of any claim. There is a basic excess payable as well as additional excesses which may be applicable, depending upon the circumstances giving rise to the claim.

An additional excess was removed as you provided sufficient information to the insurer to justify same. We thank you for your assistance in this regard.

We trust that you are satisfied with the outcome.

Kind Regards

The SAU Team

I requested that copy of the conversation long time ago and I'm still waiting for it. Every insurance has an excess amount. I'm talking about the additional excess of 90 days (If the Claim occurs within 90 days of inception of the policy), that was never communicated with me & you will never find it on the tapes you claim you have as proof.

The additional excess you removed, i was never asked if I had a previous insurance before including it on the Agreement of Loss. If you have done your research about your clients, this wouldn't have happened.

You deducted R150 on my account claiming its for closing of the policy, was that communicated before I took the policy? I dont think so but do check the copy you have.

I understand that I'm paying my insurance upfront but the deduction for the month of May 2016 was done. Care to explain how your procedure works from other insurances?

I'm not satisfied with your service. This is a day light *******
