Horrible Insurance Company
This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever known. Today marks exactly 4 weeks since I lodged my claim and they have not made any decision. Someone bumped to me while I was at the robot and the Insurance company is busy asking me questions which are not related to the accident. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Please be advised that as per our publicly available complaints procedure we reserve the right to recover costs or damages that we may suffer because of any individual making frivolous, vexatious, or unreasonable statements.
We firstly confirm that a short term Insurance policy is a contract that is subject to specific terms and conditions.
Kindly note that the Insurer reserves the right to fully validate any claim before finalizing a claim.
Due to the nature of the incident we have appointed an independent loss adjuster to assist with validations.
During the validations, you provided false information to the loss adjuster, thus prompting the Insurer to complete further validations and inevitably delaying the claim.
We further confirm that you have appointed OSTI as you mediator in the matter, therefore the claim will remain in a pending state until OSTI reaches a conclusion.
Therefore, any perceived delays experienced can only be attributed to your own actions.
We can confirm that OSTI is attending to the matter and you will receive feedback from them in due course
