Horrible customer assistance

<p>I had a tyre puncher on June 17th and I called my insurance for assistance. I have a spare tyre and all the tools needed. The guy that was sent out couldnt remove the tyre because "it was rusted" he said so I have to ask my insurance to send out a tow truck so that th car is towed to my house and can be fixed the Monday after and I understood all that now the problem started when I asked them to secure transport for me to get home. The consultant told me that because it was a Saturday evening they cant get me curtesy as all the rentals were already closed. So I ask if there isnt an alternative to that and she said the only other option is to call me a cab at my own cost. We went back and forth for a minute and I eventually said to her Id try other means coz I didnt have cash on me and frankly they were'e prepared to assist. The Monday after I lodged a complaint with their complaints department I got a call asking what had happened and was told I should expect feedback within 48hrs. To this day I havent gotten any feedback.</p>
