Getting the raun around
My husband was involved in an accident on 15/01/2015 and registered the claim on the 16/01/2015 Since then I didn't cant really say what the hold up, The insurance advised me that my car is written off and they will settle it on a retail value, fair enough investigations must be done and stated clearly that my Husband will be the main driver. To my surprised when the do investigation last week they ask me why was my husband driving my car?, what normally happens on daily basis? where does he go? how old are the kids? and does he drink of which I also stated that we both don't drink on the contract.

Now I have been trying to find out how far are they with my claim and all I get every time I call is that they are waiting for a law rejautic report. I don't even know what that is?. its been over 5 weeks not and I have no idea when will the matter be resolved cause when I asked them they say this things takes time. I'm really not getting anywhere and this is so frustrating and draining to be honest.

Regards
Libra
With all written off vehicle claims, as standard procedure, a loss adjuster is appointed to validate the loss and to assist with gathering documents needed in order to finalise the claim.
We have spoken to the loss adjuster and they have assured us that the report will be received by close of business on Monday.
All parties concerned have been informed that the claim must now be treated with utmost urgency in order to bring the claim to finality.
Our sincere apologies for the delays and inconvenience caused.
