Feedback to Insurance Claim and Bad Attidude
Afternoon<br> <br> About 3 weeks ago I submitted a claim to South African Underwriters Insurance after the Accident I had in Cala, Eastern Cape. Till today i do not have Insurance Claim Reference Number for the claim, At the insurance call centre I get no assistance instead you get run around transferred to person to person telling you different stories on the status of the claim. Also the staff there is not help full when assisting me some stories they tell its like they talking to a child or stupid person. The last 3 weeks without any assistance calling them almost everyday getting the same answer that they doing Admin Work.. Today with my final call they told me they cannot get hold of the Police in Cala Police Station for the last 3 weeks which is a lie because I am in constant contact with the Police in that Police Station.
