Excellent service from SAU
I got hijacked n August and lodged a claim with SAU. My claim was assigned to Nosipho Magubane. Today my claim was paid. What a service from Nosipho, from day one she introduced herself and assured me that she will be updating me weekly on progress, she did exactly that, no week passed without hearing from her.She is professional and has been supportive throughout.She understands how to handle a person who underwent such a traumatic situation.She is every reason why I will recommend SAU, I had practical experience of excellent customer service.
